Goa, India Goa is an excellent place to enjoy a complete vacation (in all sense). Goa has pristine beaches with lots of palm trees, mountains, rivers and to top it all, its the authentic Goan food which to give a golden touch to all this, you can find very good food in Goa. Cooked with shredded coconut, you will love the taste of specially made Goan style mackerel curry and fried-pomfret (Yummy!!!). You can find nice red wine (Tushar prefers Vinicola brand) at a very reasonable price in Goa. You can do lot of fun on the Kalangute beach, specially adventurous water sports like sea-surfing, parasailing, jet-skiing etc. Goa can be reached via Mumbai by air (1 hour journey), or by road (15 hours journey). It has a nice infrastructure for lodging and boarding. http://www.goagovt.nic.in/ (Visit this site for finding more info about Goa)

Tushar is a programmer at heart and programming has been his forte, he loves to do "coding" (whenever time permits). He has written a lot of "small-size" software applications using Visual Basic (with MS Access at back-end) programming language to automate or to analyze various industry-related processes. Tushar's programming venture dates back to 1984 when he first started his coding with his "Sinclair ZX Spectrum" home computer using the interpreted GWBASIC programming language. In 1987 he switched to the complied version of BASIC called the TurboBASIC from Borland. Switching to TurboBASIC was important, in the context that with the help of TurboBASIC he could write beautiful DOS-based software applications with mouse interface and a final deliverable ".EXE" file to his clients. Back in 1986 he wrote a complete set of graphical user interface (GUI) tools in TurboBASIC which offered him a power of including "Windows-like" GUI power to his software applications developed using TurboBASIC. Tushar has been very instrumental in low-level designing and programming of microprocessor and microcontroller based applications using Intel processor chips like 8085, 8031, 8052-AH-BASIC, Zilog Z80 etc. Most of his applications included Analog To Digital Converters (ADC) and Digital To Analog Converters (DAC) chips to perform the functions of a Data Acquisition System. This website is his first attempt to do some HTML coding and embedding some JAVA script.
Tushar is a person with an eye for quality and being a typical Virgo by sun sign he loves to criticize (naturally positive criticism - at least that's what he thinks) and is a "perfectionist" by nature. Being a perfectionist he hates to do any compromise in matters related to personal or professional relations and issues. He respect human values and treats others the way exactly he likes to be treated. He always makes it a point that even in a difficult situation, he never looses his cool or insults or offends anyone. On the other hand Tushar cannot stand injustice to him or to his companions. Tushar gets violent with people who surpass the invisible line of decency or justice. He is a very entrepreneurial person and has a solid power of convincing people on new ideas and perspectives. He is also a technocrat and has always shown open arms to new concepts and emerging technologies. He always knew the fact that "one has to be aware of the latest developments" in his particular field of interest or he shall be very soon out of the race. He has kept himself abreast of the developments by subscribing to Technical Magazines and by regularly visiting Technological Websites. With all these qualities, Tushar has proven his allegiance to his employers over his 14 years of service as an Engineer and a Manager where he has proved his capabilities as a practitioner and a consultant.

Tushar met an horrible road-traffic accident on 25th January 2003 in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This was a near-death-experience for him and gruesome death experience for his one and only near and dear friend Ali Al-Markhi who was behind the wheel when this happened. A high speed BMW 750 iL car came flying from the other side of the road and feel on his Honda Civic exactly like someone chooses to throw a pebble on a stationary target. His car was smashed to shrink it to half its height and the rescue team had to cut the car top to pull them out of the car to be taken to a hospital.
Ali Al-Markhi (Rested in Peace on the 25th of January 2003)
His hospitalization lasted for three months and after recovering from the horrible accident, he has bounced back to life with full energy and vigor. Tushar misses Ali's presence and always prays that his soul rests in peace. Ali was more then a brother to Tushar and both of them have cherished common dreams of becoming successful in life.
Malvani (Indian), Chinese, Mexican, Lebanese
Tushar has a very wide friend circle, but he has been very choosy in selecting a friend. He respects the bondage of friendship and has always been loyal to his friends.
Tushar's mother-tongue is Marathi and he can "speak-read-write" Marathi language. Marathi is the native language of the Maharashtrian community in India and dates back to 1000 BC.
